Ayurveda identifies six tastes— sweet (Madhur), sour (Amla), salty(Lavana), pungent (katu), bitter (Tikta) and astringent (Kashay)—each with its unique impact on the body and mind. Our soups are crafted to encompass a balanced combination of these tastes, contributing to a satisfying and nourishing culinary experience.
